• The Mid-Eastern Region Achievement Program Chairman has setup a committee to make recommendations on the qualifications a person must have in order to be a Merit Award judge for The Achievement Program.  In the meantime any NMRA Mid-Eastern Region Member can find out how to get his models judged in other than a sanctioned NMRA contest by contacting his Division AP Representative which is contained in the Staff section of this web site.
